You must be a member in order to have access to the entire Talent Gate portal capabilities (Industry Map, assessments, etc.).

Fill-in: This continuous action allows you access to the entire site content.

For example, if you have the entire Personal Information module complete (40% of your profile), you gain access to General Assessment tools and Industry Map. Thus, you can take a professional online evaluation about your aptitudes, personality, and career interests and you can read a lot of valuable information about the industries and important players of Romanian economy.

After completing the General Assessment (100% of your profile), you will have full access to Functions Map for better understanding the successive roles required to reach a particular career objective.
